Vegan Banana Ice Cream


A very quick and easy snack or sweet treat to make. And the great thing is its only 150 calories per serve. If you do not like peanut butter it also works well with Cashew, Macadamia or Almond butter too.


2 bananas ripe 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter


  1. Peel the bananas, slice them, and place slices on a plate.
  2. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
  3. Place the frozen bananas and peanut butter in a food processor or powerful blender. Process well. Eat immediately or freeze in a glass container for later use.

Makes 2 servings.
