Delivery Policy

Product Delivery
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY and Greenline Organic containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via our delivery network within the delivery days specified on the order; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are completed between the hours of 9am to 6.30pm on each delivery day.  We do not specify a particular delivery time or window for regions but if you do contact us on your delivery day we can provide you with a window of when your delivery will be made.  We are unable to accommodate specific delivery times for customers but we will always do our best to meet your needs if a delivery is required within a specific time.  This is not guaranteed and can only be provided on a case by case basis.  You will need to contact us directly on (03) 9460 3999 to discuss if we are able to achieve this for you.

Receiving Delivery

Our drivers will always check to see if you are home first.  You do not have to be home to accept your delivery.  If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be left by the front door for you.  If you wish to have your order left in an alternate location, please detail this in the notes section within the shopping cart or email us at info@greenlineorganic.com.au with the details.  Please note that deliveries left at an unattended premises are not the responsibility of Greenline Organic.  We will always ensure that your organic delivery is left safe however we are not responsible if the order is lost, stolen or tampered with.

Cancelling Delivery

Cancellations of deliveries must be made by 5pm the day prior to your delivery day for metropolitan deliveries or for outer metropolitan and country deliveries within 72 hours prior to your delivery day.  Requests after this time will not be guaranteed to be completed.  If our driver makes your delivery and you wish for it to be returned, you will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
